net:telecom's Virtual Receptionist is specifically designed for small and medium sized businesses. When a caller rings your business they will hear a welcome or promotional message recorded by a professional presenter.

A menu of three or four options will follow the promotional message. The caller then selects the appropriate option by using their telephone keypad. The Virtual Receptionist product directs calls to nominated telephone numbers.
